Housed in a two-story building with 660 m2 of exhibition spaces, this center is the first community museum themed on lotus. Tainan City commissioned professors from the National Taiwan University of the Arts to plan and design a museum to showcase the unique culture of the local communities, the special features of the lotus country and the development of the lotus industry. The Lotus Industry Information Center integrates modern technologies and information networks to provide lotus farming-related information and consultation. The center also hosts a permanent exhibition of lotus-related relics, a library, academic research, conferences, tours and educational events.
This theme museum offers exhibitions that feature diversity and international perspectives. It is definitely worth visiting.
